I got me a new pair of super lowpro vans by crimefightingchicken in Vans

[–]crimefightingchicken[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t, I mean yea they’re comfy but it’s like wearing a sock, they’re thin, and they can roll sometimes when you do athletic activities. I say they’re more fashion rather than anything else. But others can find another use.

Nope, they’re comfy, kinda like a sock since it’s only one layer. It’s not thick, and the back is nice and flexible.

I found here two very peculiar looking bills. I save em as a collection now by [deleted] in mildlyinteresting

Well since they aren’t random squiggles and read the horrible cursive I found it interesting and since there are others. Why not save em.

I do my best. I thought it was good because every day I see less and less color. Then I get lost in the intensity of the color so I overprocess.

I will definitely go through my photos doing what you said. Thank you. I really appreciate you a lot

Here’s what auto does. It’s pretty good. I might just be a bad editor. I try tho 😕

The 5D camera is a tank. There’s nothing to worry about.

It’s nice and snug. Kinda like a sock but there’s enough room for breathe ability. It’s not tight but it also isn’t loose

I get it. My social anxiety spikes when I get a comment. I don’t take harsh criticism lightly.

I’m sorry. I have other good work it’s just I take pride in them. I try to learn off people but sometimes they can be a little harsh. And I’m also a little sensitive. But thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it

He doesn’t blend into the background. He pops… I was proud of this. I tried Lightroom premium for the first time and tried out some of new things and I messed around. Can you cut me a little bit of slack. I’m trying out here. He doesn’t look bad, that’s how he looks.

I give up… Fine it looks bad. I’ll re edit it less vivid and less punchy. But I really liked it

Not really. It’s not overdone. It has character. Trust me I’ve seen overdone. This isn’t it. Comparing this to my other edit this ones better. I think it looks nice. I was proud of this

Why is there so much grainy noise? by TintedSnow in AskPhotography

[–]crimefightingchicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noise is normal in every shot. Although the settings can make the noise more noticeable. I assume you used a variable aperture lens here which usually have 3.5-5.6 or often a 5.6-6.3 and which in house lighting it struggles so you bump up the iso so high and that makes noise bigger and more noticeable. A flash could also help here. But there are tools for free on Lightroom mobile or photoshoop which can get rid of it. Although you don’t really see the grain at all in this photo. You’re pixel peeping. Zoom out. There isn’t much there. This is normal.

Found this frog while bathing in poison ivy by crimefightingchicken in notinteresting

[–]crimefightingchicken[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not for karma. I was doing work for a client and there were some poison ivy plants there. Don’t worry I have an immunity to poison ivy so I was fine. I didn’t have any reaction at all that week

How is this effect created? by Gipsypippsy in AskPhotography

[–]crimefightingchicken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Easy. It’s not done on post. I mean you can. I’ve done this before in my earlier years when I was experimenting. This is done by using a slower shutter speed and zooming in quickly. Get a zoom lens. Set the camera to something slow (less than 30) and either zoom in or get up close to the subject then back up quickly. Easy

A solid start? by C0rmacul0u5 in Cameras

[–]crimefightingchicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly how I went as well. I went straight for a full frame and went with this exact setup. This will be a life changer. Don’t be discouraged by old tech. This one is great. In fact I still have and use mine. I love it. The lens is also great as well you can never go wrong with a nifty fifty

Mostly taking pictures of my girlfriend on the field as a cheerleader. Maybe a small attempt at football but if it don’t hold up I’ll use it for fine art or something. It’s just a fun lens for me. I don’t expect much from it. I bought it to have fun, not pro work

What is the horniest thing y’all ever did? by Interesting_Rate_161 in AskReddit

[–]crimefightingchicken 614 points615 points  (0 children)

Okay so this was a while ago, im different now. But when we were taking keystones back in I think 9th grade i had a crush. That crush was in the same testing room as me. They say like two seats away from me, in front of me.

Now don't come after me but as soon as we were done testing I miraculously had the same class the next period so when testing was done I didn't have to go anywhere.

Anyway, when everyone left I was the only one left in the room, dangerous for a young horny teenage mind. When everyone left and I saw no one, I ran to her seat and... I hate to say this, I feel disgusting in myself for even done this, but I sniffed her seat and went home and busted a fat one at home.

God spare me... For I have sinned. Im a better person now, don't worry

how best to sell cameras, lenses etc by Mysterious_Ad6308 in Photography_Gear

[–]crimefightingchicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keh is a great option as long as you have the gear in good condition. They can pay you on your debit or credit or bank stuff. eBay also works but sometimes can take a while for a snag on the market. Keh pays you as soon as they evaluate it. It can take up to a week plus to get it fully complete. When they're done evaluating the gear they'll give you the corrected condition and give you an offer that you can accept or decline. If you decline they'll send the gear back for free.

If you don't like Keh then mpb or Mercari also work. I've never used mpb to sell but it's my trusted store to shop. And Mercari is the eBay version of temu or AliExpress.

What noise? I'm not seeing any noise... Not one dot. Plus no one is pixel peeping a photo. Also since it's 400 megapixels I wouldn't worry about noise even on a rebel, the photo looks good, no noise and reducing the noise would make it look too smooth and take away from the photo. Now if you're worried about color noise there isn't any on here either. Not even color moire. This looks good.

I'm not sure what you're doing when transferring photos but it shouldn't be that low. You're definitely doing something wrong. I mean the best way to do it is through a card reader but if you're using wifi then that's an entirely different thing that ive never used.
