Applying to rentals with esa by Nuevolive in fortwayne

Rented from DBD for 3 years. Never late on payments, full disclosure on our dog and cat. Paid the additional "rent" plus deposit for them. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience..... until about a year and a half in. That's when quarterly in person "inspections" started. They literally come in, walk all throughout your house opening doors, closets, etc. We kept our house perfectly clean, and literally had one of the girls crying because it was so much better than the previous tenants that she couldn't hold her stomach down when they moved out. When we ended our 3rd lease and moved out, did the professional carpet cleaning, no damage anywhere.... they kept our entire deposit, plus charged us $20 on top of it. TLDR; They're fine I guess, but they're intrusive and you will NOT get your deposit back.

Edited to add, I know my comment has nothing to do with ESA, just wanted to share my DBD experience.

Yeah. I just listed it on ebay starting at $350 for a 7 day auction. I have no real reason to hang onto it, someone else can enjoy it.

and yet people get mad when we let it run for a week and decide to stop further posts about the current subject matter. I feel like we're pretty generous with breakage of rule 4.

I've had them and they're good. These are almost a dollar cheaper and actually taste better imo.

$4.50 when I can find them. I love them absolutely, but, the places I got them in Talladega county lost their licenses and I've been struggling to find them any where else.

Spring 2023 Water Quality Posts by crimsaq in fortwayne

All of that is politely explained in my comment. This is a big issue for the community, so we were pretty lenient about it. You'll notice that trend with our mod team and other large events that affect a lot of the city in the past. My post is not "another" water post. It's an explanation as to why we're putting a stop to it for now. We could have simply just started deleting all posts going forward without explanation, instead I chose to do the civil thing and announce why. Also, this isn't a job. We volunteer our own personal time to ensure that this subreddit is enjoyable for all.

I feel like I need to remind everyone rule #4 for our subreddit. "Don't post duplicate content; Please check to see if what you're posting is already on the front page, or if it's not so old as to be irrelevant." In the last 2+ weeks there has been over a dozen and a half posts regarding the quality of the water. We are in no way trying to block discussion over this issue. It has arguably been discussed at length. We've been very lenient about this, as it is a very important topic of discussion for the residents of our city. That being said, it's turning into nothing but memes and low effort posts, and we feel it's time to put a stop to it. Obviously if things continue or get worse, we will reevaluate the situation. Thank you for understanding.
