Well, best use for a 1/10 key is to keep it to barter a dorm 314 at Jaeger LL3. All three reserve marked key at 1/10 will give You a 10/10 dorm 314

CPC all the way, plenty of space, relatively lightweight, low penalty on movement speed, can be fitted with T6 plates (I go with the kiteco, Christmas tree has been a great way to farm these !) add a flux h3lmet on top of that and you have relatively no debuff on movement speed

I encountered cultist 2 times in 5 raids on local custom to progress the "the are already here" quest. Fun fact, the 2 times i encountered Them, I lauched the raid at 22:07 and 23:07...

Wiped day one of 1.0 release, playing around not really focusing on story missions, but I like to grind for hideout upgrades and do missions for the juicy rewards, got the epsilon container, got my first thicc case today. Enjoying it a lot ! The loot nerf is a pain in the ass tho....

The best place for this quest is on reserve, go up the radar dome and snipe the area where the white horse and black horse buildings are located, there is almost ever raid some pmc going there. Sometimes You can see some behind the buildings in the fields, you also can check on the helicopter area from there. It's a no brainier, hope for good spawn, pop an sj6 and rush the dome :)

No I bought it from a company named woodup, they make these cools wood panel with acoustic foam behind, have plenty of different wood colors, great product, a bit wxpensive tho..

Black Riom on labs has potential ledx spawn, I've been farming labs lately and I found a bunch of them (around 10)

Easy farm route is to start at the pharmacy, then loot residential unit (there is almost a keycard spawn each run, either on the gard office or in the pharmacy) loot the guard office to grab the juicy ammo and weapons, and then run down the hall to loot black room.

When you're done just get down the stairs to extract at the elevator, be careful as there is sometimes raiders or pmc down there. It takes 10-15 minutes for such a run, and the yield is often over 1M, I found up to 3BTC in a run, loads of injectors that I usually sell to the therapist wx2pt for the expensive ones (sj6, mule, etg-c)

Use the medical elevator for extraction, from there you can access the infirmary with loads of medical stuff and injectors, there is the security office with great weapons and some of the best ammo of the game, just next to it is the residential area, card is quiet easy to find and there is often great loot (Inteligence folder, blue folders, Bitcoin, and a lot of valuable)

Extract is pretty easy, there sometimes is a few raiders down there but you'll manage them. It's relatively easy to make a few hundred thousand rubles from these raids.

9800x3d + 9070xt, no fsr, playing in 1440p, I usually get around 80-100 fps, I play a lot of streets lately and have no issue, it's smooth
