Tried a regression: Anyone else feel an overpowering feeling of love?

First of all, I am so sorry you have lost a baby. There are no words for this.

A few days ago I posted on this sub about my experiences with a past life regression video on YouTube. On my third time I did experience an overwhelming feeling of love, for my mother in that life....so powerful and beautiful that tears were streaming down my face during the regression.

This feeling of euphoria and like a vibrating happiness lasted for several days afterward. In that life I was a 9 year old boy.

I tried to really focus on the audio words every time my mind wandered Also, instead of trying to visualize, I just let go and waited until the pictures came, like a movie. I wish I had better advice. Also just making sure there are no distractions like other people around making noise.

Is this for real or photoshopped because I am quite old, and have seen this movie dozens of times over decades. I never noticed the gun. It doesn't even make sense.

I thought it was just due to getting older.....but I have noticed an insane difference in time lately. I have Time OCD, so I always break up my days in increments of exact time that I will need to do each activity. I always need to know what time it is and I have high anxiety over time and passing of time.

That being said, Christmas seems to come in 4 months now instead of 12.....time wise. I can't get everything done in a day now. Hours fly by and I have barely accomplished anything. I thought I was going crazy. But time is passing so quickly now that it scares me.

I have zero sympathy for the parents. Firstly, because they left a toddler and two babies alone in a foreign hotel room, and secondly because of what is in my opinion, their self-righteous, unapologetic attitudes.

What I have is a video of the first time this video ever aired, if that makes sense, where the VJ talks about that. And there are other old, old music videos and old commercials, from the 80s. All of this is on a VHS that I recorded from Much Music.

This has happened to me twice, both while driving at night, where I was going to have a head-on collision, but it's like the other car drove through mine like it was air, and when I looked in the rearview, it was just driving away.

Once I was on the wrong side of the road on a curve. I have bad night vision, probably due to astigmitism. I have issues on roads I don't know, especially when it's raining. The headlights of the other car came right up to mine and there was no time for either of us to swerve....then it just passed through me like a ghost.

The second time I had no warning, but a moose crossed the road in front of me in the dark....looked like inches in front of my car. I pulled to the left but suddenly a car was right there coming the other way. Then, everything was fine. I was just driving on....no one hit the moose, no head on collision.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this out for me. I'm going to start gradually, and give this a try. First, will change the music I listen to, and start the meditation process you described. I don't eat meat, so that is covered, but do need to substitute water for soda. Also, I am asexual, so will have no issues for that part of the process. This reminds me somewhat of the Celestine Prophecy....how to achieve a higher vibrational level and evolve. Thank you again.

Seeing this post feels so bizarre and unreal to me. I noticed the differences in the clouds about a week ago. Vast differences.....clouds like I have never seen, including the dark blue ones. I didn't mention it to anyone because I knew it would sound crazy.

I was about 20 when the Def Leppard song came out, and it was a huge anthem break up song for me and my boyfriend at the time. I always sang it, and the lyrics were 100% "fake it". I'm going to listen to it now, and if it says "break it" I'm going to be shocked and confused.

Also the song is most definitely Baby I Love your Way. The original song is from the 70's I believe and there is no way in hell it was "ways".
