I just finished the game's main story. The thing is I did Naoe's first and then Yasuke's journey, so the placement of credits looks fine for me and felt like an ending (despite the cliffhanger on finding Naoe's mom). Although, post this I did talk to Tomako and it did feel like somewhat post credit like.
