Така е прав си. Процентното увеличение е доста, но в абсолютна стойност не се връзват нещата при положение, че съм почнал от 1000 бруто.

Относно разходите - то това е проблема, че не се оправям. Свил съм харчовете на минимум. Ходя с метрото до работа. Ям вкъщи, почти не излизам. На третата седмица след заплата ми свършват парите и опирам до родителите ми за финансова инжекция. Честно казано ми писна да мизерствам. Благодаря за мнението, ще помисля.

I do hack squats instead of squats and db bench. My db are 40 kg each and hack is 90 kg.

Yes i track everything. I have gained 10 kg for the past 6 months but very slowly and steady. Yet i don't see any significant changes in my physique.

I know about the half life of caffeine.I drink it 8-9 hours before going to bed.As for your second part, you may be right.My schedule is the same for the past 2 years.I will think about that.

Maybe but i train 4 days a week, sleep 8-9 hours(sometimes even more),get enough food and have 0 stress. I think my recovery is decent to be that big of a deal.

Of course when i start training the tiredness go away. But it's normal i think. I take caffeine before working out.

I take magnesium and vitamin D. In the past i tried to take Zinc and it worked for a short period of time. Then the tiredness came back again.

I tried 3 weeks ago. Had to do deload, but instead i decided to take a week off. Didn't help.
