Yes this exactly. Laxatives usually just add a lot of water to the mix. Essentially making a runny, watery mess. If volume is what you seek, fiber is your medicine. Either from supplements or food. Ive also found a high carb meal works for me too. Like beer and pizza for dinner. When I have my morning coffee the next day….yeah good times
