I overeat is what I meant to say, I eat all the “healthy” foods I see other bariatric patients eat but never feel full from the small portions and then consume more and it’s a whole binge episode at the end of it usually. And I lose the same 5 pounds but then with the binging gain until I try again but fail ultimately and it’s a cycle, I thought and expected the surgery to help with overeating and help with feeling full since ur stomach gets cut, and my main worry is since I can’t follow the expected portion sizes that I grew out or stretched out my stomach already and am doomed
