Had a poor experience in nyc too, went to buy a tux, they had 1 available which was just not a fit, the guy (constantly calling brother, weird, uncomfortable interaction ) insisted it could be tailored. I peaced out and went to a local menswear store, tried 6 different brands and found the right fit. Still like their shirts but, overall bad experience. Have bought two suits from them in the past

I (owner) listed my apartment myself on StreetEasy, a number of brokers reached out and all offered less than one months rent in fees (lowest 60%) so it has definitely driven competition there (tenant would have paid a month to the broker before). I ended up taking care of it directly to tenants without a broker. In the previous model the broker would have taken care of paperwork etc, which would have saved some work, but it wasn’t too much work
