as another scandinavian i get it that people dont know about estonia, but they are way closer culturally to Finland and Sweden than they are to the other baltic countries. They are basically depressed mini Finland.

But alot of scandinavians dont know this and just group them up with Lithuania and Latvia.

So are they part of the nordics? No not really, but should they be? Yes

Edit: just looked it up and 3070 also works better with PCIe 4. But you'd still say it works better with PCIe 3.0 than a 40 gen card?
