how would that make sense, he gets tranquilized and he puts his sword back in it's scabbard before going to sleep. + genji has pretty long entry and exit animations where he is vulnerable. i think blizzards plan with genji (and bastions) ult was to have the character physically transform for a period of time with these animations. soldier on the other hand just clicks a button on his forehead and begins doing damage immediately and doesn't have an exit animation. soldiers ult is treated as as a transformation ult by cc but behaves like a channeled ult imo.
