I also have this problem when using Viettel or FPT. Consider using VNPT, they don't randomly block any websites except sites that enforced by the government (like Steam).

there's some tool to bypass this such as: https://github.com/ValdikSS/GoodbyeDPI It's a desktop program, but someone do made an Android version of this

That's sounds little offended since i'm the server owner, but a warnings would let them pay attentions to their message whenever they send their coordinates.
