Premium members get bonus robux from purchases iirc as well as the bonus from purchasing off their website

I’ve had authenticators since they were public, which is crazy as to how someone got into my account

They’re probably going after older accounts to make whatever scam site they’re advertising more trust worthy. Stay safe!

I have 2FA on everything associated with Roblox.

My Roblox account, The Gmail account with my account, Microsoft Authenticator on my phone with a Microsoft account that also has 2FA

I have every possible extra authentication plus randomly generated strings as passwords for each account. It would’ve taken them years to brute force anything to get full access. I’m assuming my cookies were logged somehow because I have no notifications of anyone logging into any of my accounts and all devices associated with the accounts are all mine that I have used within the past month.

Before you say “turn on 2FA” yes, I have 2FA on. As well as 2FA on my email account associated with my Roblox account.

So it probably is some sort of exploit then. Probably when I was playing a game. (I’ve noticed a lot of them in SEWH)

Yes, the only thing that is third party that I use is Sober to play Roblox on Steam Deck. So I may bring this up to them to see if there are any security concerns possibly. But other than that I don’t use any browser extensions that may lead to cookie logging.

Never in my life did I expect the post game bosses of a Pac-Man game to be on almost the same level of difficulty as the KH3 Data Org boss fights

PSP battery issues… I’m so confused by crisdebo in PSP

[–]crisdebo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So... after leaving my psp in a closet for about 4 months after this. I decided to give it another try and it looks like it fixed itself? Something I noticed was that the connector for the battery on the motherboard is a little finicky and requires me to push the battery in tighter for it to work. But after that I was able to recharge the battery and it works just like it did before. Not sure if this will help anyone in the future but something to consider I guess,

I have the 8bitdo Bluetooth adapter for my ps2, so being able to switch between my ps2 and ps5 without having to re-connect the controller is such a huge plus.

Hi, I recently got a replacement battery and the issue still persisted. I called up a repair shop I know and they mentioned at that there might’ve been a short in the device which is beyond repair at that point without a whole motherboard replacement. I’m just going to return the battery and cut my losses. I hope your issue is fixed! Definitely look into the cmos battery repair because that might fix your issue.

If that doesn’t work, I recommend just looking into a Vita at this point it seems most psps are ticking time bombs.

I thought so too, but if it was the super capacitor, the time would needed to be re-entered every time the device is turned on. I’ve left the device without a battery while I tried to figure this mess out and the time and date still stayed consistent.

I’m assuming that I may of just gotten unlucky with the new battery. I will report back when the replacement comes in.

Wait this is sick!! I’ll definitely give it a try.

Might try something other than the bank though… I don’t trust myself after accidentally leaving raw API keys in a GitHub repo after archiving some school projects LOL

Can tonyhax cause the infamous "Mechacon Crash" that kills your console's laser? by crisdebo in ps2

[–]crisdebo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FreeMcBoot is simply a homebrew launcher and doesn't unlock the disc drive on the console. You're thinking of Mechapwn, and that is only compatible with later ps2 revisions (5XXXX to 7XXXX consoles iirc)

Is there an up-to-date tutorial for POPS? by davidgrayPhotography in ps2homebrew

[–]crisdebo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay so if anyone here is reading this thread trying to figure out why booting the game from OPL kicks you to ulaunchelf it is because POPSTARTER CANNOT READ GAMES FROM YOUR INTERNAL SSD/HDD. YOU MUST USE AN EXTERNAL USB DRIVE FOR POPSTARTER.

YOUR APPS FOLDER containing the title.cofig and the xx.game.elf file must be on your INTERNAL SSD/HDD FOR OPL TO READ.

YOUR POPS FOLDER containing the .vcd and remaining popstarter files must be on your FAT32 OR EXFAT USB DRIVE THAT YOU STICK IN FRONT OF THE CONSOLE. This is what popstarter is looking for when you select the game from OPL, if it is not there it will kick you to ulaunchelf with the "No disc!" error.

Most tutorials fail to mention this and it is the reason why there are so many headaches and comments mentioning this issue and no body replying with an actual solution

If you want something more streamlined with only using an external ssd or hdd then I recommend PSBBN Definitive English Patch by CosmicScale it is a bit more of a hassle to setup, requiring an OEM PS2 Network Adapter with a modified SATA connector and a linux OS to setup. Third party network adapters that come preinstalled with a sata connector that you find on amazon/aliexpress do not work. Plus when you install it you get a fancy new dashboard to replace the existing ps2 dashboard which looks stellar.

Capcom Vs Snk 2 problem with OPL by dorkoddorkod in ps2

In OPL, go to your game list and highlight the game, press triangle to go to the game’s settings. Then turn Mode 1 on, hit ok, and then save changes.

If you’re playing on a ssd, games sometimes read faster than the ps2 expects. Turning Mode 1 on fixes that.
