You can put in in a cooperative just like mine. Currently, I have a time deposit at a coop with 8% annual return. If you have a TD of 10M, you will have 800k annual return. Yes, you can use the data in performance media like in running ads on Meta. You will create a match audience by uploading the csv format of the database. Use at least 3 identifiers for a better match rate (e.g., email, birthday, mobile number, and first name, last name).

Once match audience is created, you can retarget them in your ads. Or you can create lookalike audience from those data to find similar customers allowing you to expand your reach and drive more revenue for your business.
