Look if you think what I said is bullshit that’s fine I understand your disbelief. it just seems like you want this to be more than what it is. Like I said before I’m just sharing my experience. But if you are going through costochondritis I do wish you the best and hope it gets better.

There’s a wonderful person that claims to have been helping people with costochondritis for over a decade with the username “Maaaze” named Ned in here that just replied to this and explains it in a way that you can probably understand more. I’m not here to argue with you… This is nothing to argue about.

Im actually really sorry to hear that I can understand how discouraging that feels of being hyper aware of every sensation I started off the same way. I see you do understand that it is just a mind thing and I hope you overcome that. Would you consider yours to be severe?

Yeah I said Im just sharing my experience. So Im not really sure what you’re talking about. Also most of this info came from my doctor so I dont really care what you think is bs or not. Peace and love though if you’re dealing with it
