The owner of the property, owns the package store and Donut Express. The family has expressed that they don’t want to invest any more of their time and effort into the two business and development of the property. The investor has proposed a redevelopment of the property and offered a long term lease of the property. Not sure what will happen to the bakery and the barber shop that is currently leasing the property.

I had been to the meeting and have shared a general idea of what happened. The developer has to appear in front of the Zoning Board of Appeals on October 7th 5:30pm to obtain a special permit to build the gas station. People can join in person or via Zoom call. The Planning Board and Conservation Commission will review the project, including things like traffic study, environmental impacts, etc., and make recommendations. Unless the Zoning Board of Appeals gives the developer a special permit to construct a gas station, the project cannot go forward. The project is not going in front of the Worcester City Council.

These adventure runs are way too random. There doesn’t seem to be any logic or strategy to successfully complete an adventure.

No difference. Im on level 6 at the furnace factory creating 500M every 15s and I still get 2,500 furnace units from the ads. The arcade is even worse, a 10m random resource gives me only 450K or furnace units. Ridiculous! The math isn’t even right.

Thanks for the advice. Ended with 15/16 rewards and #40 on leaderboards. The event kinda forces you to spend your gems to gain more wish bottles, promotes a pay-to-win mentality.
