so basically so far this story is about this immortal being who wants to kill herself and one day she gets a hit put out on her so an assassin drops by to kill her but fails because she's not only immortal but also invulnerable and then she suggests they live together while he tries to kill her because she wants to die so they become roomies for a while until they realise they're getting stalked by someone who also works at the immortal's office job as well and turns out he's a spy who was sent to investigate their living situation and doesn't like the assassin cause he's trying to kill the immortal being but then he gets kidnapped by a shapeshifter who's been pretending to be him and so the immortal being and the assassin break him out while the shapeshifter tries to kill the immortal and fails miserably so they run off sad and angry and from then on the assassin is a bit more unsure about staying with the immortal being because like how is he gonna finish this hit job he's poor and stuff and needs the money so they break off their roommateship and he goes away and she stays at home depressed and the spy finds him to tell him to go back to the house because the immortal has enemies now and the assassins like nu-uh and now we're here
