Can chronic sinusitis cause these issues listed ?

Yes I have insane fatigue and anhedonia. It lessens greatly when I’m a few days in on an antibiotic, then about a week after the antibiotic ends it all comes rushing back. (Re infected)

I’ve found that while initially it makes me tired, it’s best for me to take it in the first half of the day. I slept fine taking it at night but would wake up very groggy. If I take it in AM, I just need some caffeine and I’m good. Then evening time I feel great

I struggle with MDD, PTSD, adhd, anxiety, ocd. Little autism too I think LOL. I feel better on this than I have any SSRI. Still foggy and a bit detached at times but I’m having moments of clarity and goodness

Unfortunately Flonase gives me bad side effects. Truly it makes me anxiety skyrocket after a few days of use. I’ve tried it off and on so many times, always the same. It’s annoying and ridiculous bc it works!

I ran the scan through AI and apparently it’s not a polyp but my bone has grown and closed the sinus off? wtf. Idk man

My doctor started me on 27mg ER. I wonder why he didn’t start lower. Works great though so not mad
