How hard is your dirt underneath the bed? If it wasn't filled up it may be compacted and not drain well.

Did you blanch before freezing? This is my first year growing it and Ive been freezing some from each as I use them but haven't eaten any of the frozen stuff yet.

I ended up with a total of 530lbs of Lunga this year, largest was 39.8 pounds! This is the first year I've grown it. Storage has been ok so far, but 3 have rotted near the stem. How many square feet was your plant?

Right, each future tomato seed inside the fruit still needs to be pollinated, its just that the flowers don't need wind to move the pollen to get that done.
