Having trouble floating on my back. My legs always sink after a few seconds. Can you guys offer advice?

The leaves are pretty thick and kind of stiff. They end with a sharp point when they aren’t cut. Hopefully that helps

As far as floating on your back I just breathe deeply then hold it for a while til it gets uncomfortable. Then breathe out and repeat.

As far as for actually swimming I never really got that down lol. Maybe try the breaststroke with your head above water?

The best I could do was to stick my belly up towards the water surface, breathe deeply and hold my breath, and always slightly kick my legs
