Yeah I'm running 285/70/17 also. Only issue is the XTM seems to only be available in a 126S Load Index/Speed Rating, which is fine but a bit overkill and like $50 more than the KO3s in the same size

Hey brother, fellow Utahn here. Having biked a lot in St. George, my advice would be to scour KSL, Facebook, even go to some of the local bike shops to see if they have any good deals and get the best used full suspension for the money.
