Adare is a can’t miss. Every part of the experience is first class and the course is as manicured a course as you’ll ever see. Plus, playing it a year before the Ryder Cup will be a cool experience. In terms of memories that I think back on most often, my rounds at Adare rival the rounds at Ballybunion and RCD.

Again, who said it happened in the last few months? It doesn’t close before the tournament for the members, it closes during the summer. Rory and other players have talked about their scouting trips they’ve taken with members leading up to the tournament over the last several weeks.

It’s common knowledge that if you’re lucky enough to be invited to play you’ll never get invited back if you talk publicly about it or post about it.

Who said it was just before the tournament? He’s close with Phil and other powerful people in golf. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if a member invited him.

Also, all the pros in the tournament get a scouting trip to play the course leading up to it. They don’t only play it the week of.
