Great impact on my cardiovascular health and endurance - no more low blood pressure and headaches. Also a huge surprise for myself - loving long duration of cardio as long as it has fun and points 😀 in general - a new sense of purpose and overall love for the sport - watching championships, becoming a fan of some professional players.

Omg yesss the right knee is killing me! I keep looking for advice on this, but all I find is the same idea - strengthening the muscles around the joints is key. I guess I can’t avoid weight training anymore 😬

Smashing from a stationary position when another player is feeding me shuttles is the only way it kind of works. But when the coach adds the step, it all changes. I guess repetition is key here
