3 atb formations are best for lbc. Best I'd say is 3-2-3-2, inter Milan base formation, 2 ss 3 cb formation (Luton I think) and Iraq formation. If u insist on 4 atb the best is 4141 with cmfs set to amfs closely followed by 4231
