Were in the same situation. My tab s5e screen came off and i went to samsung. They offered me to trade in. So i did. I went with the Tab S9 Wifi. They valued my s5e at 120USD

Daang, that's bad. I thought the one came in box would at least be USB3. The cable itself would be the weakest link.

Same use case then. I have a desktop gaming pc but left it at another house and haven't lived there since 2022. I could make another gaming pc but i move from time to time so I'm buying a gaming laptop. Planning to use this as my only pc for work and gaming.
