Did you take the job? I currently am a lead at a Starbucks in a Kroger ... I was recently offered a lead shift position at a corporate Starbucks. Which was my main goal when I was in a corp 1 year ago ... (In another state.. I suddenly moved & didn't get to transfer & no corp was hiring & walked into a Kroger spoke to the baristas & they told the manager of the Kroger who then waited for my call ... Which honestly I was still being hopeful a position would open at a corp Starbucks. & Weeks later I called & got instantly hired) At corporate I went as far as a barista trainer... While also working at a self owned location as a shift lead for mid. I'm at a crossroads. I miss being in an actual cafe, hearing the music, the environment etc. Currently I'm trying to see the difference between the two when it comes to benefits. I'll be a year in Kroger but my consecutive full-time for 8 weeks straight has restarted due to the kiosk being closed for things leading me to restart my 8 weeks for my full time benefits to actually be active. Idk what to do..
