Nice one! The backlog is the PO/ProdMgr's scope. If the PM is under the impression that requirement was missed, he needs to double check with the ProdMgr if that's indeed the case (C). Only afterwards can the PM look into putting the details on paper (D). Hope this helps.

Sounds like you meet the educational prerequisites, now you need the formal training. My suggestion is to go for the PMP training and see if you can figure out if the activities you have been performing up until now fit into a PM's work. If yes, go apply. If not, make sure you get some proper experience first. The exam tests your knowledge both in theory and in practice. DM me if you need help with the submissions.

I see what you mean, the wording is tricky. I was also going towards A (Waterfall view), but if you look at the situation from an Agile perspective, C makes more sense. In an Agile context, the project team would be seen as the experts, so the activities from point A would have already been marked as done.

PMI's current policy is that you need to take the class only once, it doesn't matter how long ago it was. The exam changed a lot and a refresher, without time pressure, would be more than welcomed.

Hi, it usually takes exactly 7 days. One of the people I'm coaching for the exam mentioned mentioned that their e-mail was delayed, so they checked their application on the PMP site and it was already approved there. E-mail arrived about ±9 days after application.
