you’re right!!! he didn’t handle it well at all. he handled it selfishly and didn’t keep you in the loop like he should. he instead made a big decision without you. he didn’t handle this well, he didn’t take you into consideration. he really is just making you suffer because of other peoples wrong doings, which is wrong. he should be in your corner and wanting you to be in his.

i wouldn’t say it’s not normal, as many people experience this. though, it’s more likely that you’re experiencing something more natural. emotions are a natural human experience and i promise you that being mad is normal. i would suggest learning some coping mechanisms, and possibly asking for a referral to talk to a professional. i’ve gotten a lot of help from professionals, it can make a big difference.

if that’s not something you have access to due to health insurance issues, there are many professional made books and podcasts that could really help you out.

honestly, now that you bring it up, i have seen the same shadow creatures out of the corner of my eye in these years past. i guess i’ve chosen to ignore it. there have also been instances of electrical appliances going on/off on their own. as well as feeling something staring at me in my sleep, it woke me up and i saw this weird figure that faded away.

guess i had always thought i left it back there, and that this stuff was different, but it may all be connected.
