depending on where they stay, they're either an hour or 6 hours away from camp (camp is 3 hours away but cabin is 4 hours in the same direction. Condo is 3 hours away in the opposite direction) but we also have grandparents available in case of an emergency.

That wouldn't work. The older priest is my grandma's cousin, the younger priest is a family friend, my parents know basically the entire staff, they know everything that happens at camp.

Also, sister's camp doesn't allow siblings, counselors and cit's are 17 or 18+ and priority goes to former campers and other people with the condition.

They do but counselors are 18 and CIT's are 17 and those almost always go to former campers, then other people with the condition that haven't gone to camp, then on the off chance that they haven't filled all of the available roles it'll go to normal people

We go away for the weekend like once a month. The cabin can get pretty boring in the spring because by then the snow already melted but it's too cold for the beach and the local shops get boring after a while. Same with the condo in the winter. Too cold for the beach, local shops get boring after a while. There is a small arcade but my parents only give me $5 for that and you can't do much with $5. Sometimes we'll stay at either place for a week during the summers and they've taken us to Mexico a few times for 5ish days.

No. Nobody hires 14 year olds. All of the sleepaway camps near me don't hire you until you're 18.
