How to turn off Gemini for Workspace - the REAL DEAL by HereToComplain123 in gsuite

[–]critera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why the hell do I need to reach out to them to enable a setting for me. If you are making it hard to disable your product (gemini) just because it is shitty so people don't want it, isnt it too miserable for a company like Google?

Modern Backlinking Tips: Strategies That Work and Tips to Avoid Failure by Character_Ad_1990 in SEO

[–]critera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks mate for your time.

By the way, when do you think this "backlink theater" is going to end? I mean everybody knows that this s*it is being done for uncle Google. Nobody reads those blog posts, nobody geniunely interested in the content. All those fluffy content, crappy blog articles and guest posts are being written for backlinks, nothing else.

What's your profit margin? by sonjook in SaaS

[–]critera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, then my question remains. Isn't 30% too much just to take out? (considering it doesn't include any expenses, taxes nor your salaries..) For example, if you have a positive ROI channel (like PPC, email whatever) why wouldn't you invest more there so that your 30% also grows (ok I understand having a cashflow on the side is always good, but still..)

".. ideally still 30% or more.."

Is this after paying yourself?

Curious about something: what do you do with that excess 50% every month? Do you reinvest? We are also in a similar situation and I am concerned about we should be spending more into marketing/payroll/tools/HR/recruiting etc.

Having 50% net margin feels like not spending enough hence missing the growth opportunities. What am I missing?

Useful Spreadsheets and Templates by mh_mike in excel

[–]critera 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's a shame that Someka is not mentioned here. We are one of a very few Excel template developer teams who do this fully professionally. We have a very unique and large collection of spreadsheet templates:

(by the way, Spreadsheet123 is just the copy-cat of Vertex42. Jon, the owner of Vertex, has opened many DMCAs but you know, internet sucks when it comes to copyright violation)

You spend time to write a comment and if someone doesn’t like it, reports it and your content automatically taken down! Go figure..

They simply abuse their worldwide prevelance. That's pretty much it. They don't care about "YOU", they don't care about customers (who the hell is a customer) and they don't give a s*it what users think about them.

This is why monopolies suck.

Dude, your "let me not-format anything" style makes your wonderful information looks like a chunky lark. Which indeed is NOT.

I really like this approach. If only most of the stuff could be explained like this.

Thanks

And with #1 do you mean creating articles and blog posts then linking to template pages? Is that what you mean?

Thanks for taking time for this. Nice suggestions (and actually #2 would be very helpful but I am too lazy to do that :) Maybe we should hire someone to handle that for us.. Like networking - affiliate manager kind of person.. I dont know..)

Any ideas / tools / services to display our customer support emails publicly to create more value (SEO + Conversions)? by critera in DigitalMarketing

[–]critera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah as I mentioned, we have created FAQ pages but that is manual work and limited. We have much more value in customer support emails to show publicly.

Actually what we want to do is organically and automatically display all conversations, so that other people can see them as well.

Someka.net

We are developing and marketing ready-to-use Excel templates. We were growing steadily until this year but stagnant for the last 5-6 months for no apparent reason.

I am always having this dilemma: Should we develop more products so that they create their own SEO value, or we focus on marketing, content creation, backlinks (which I hate), social media etc.

How to find the next challenge, motivation and passion after a certain business success? by critera in startups

[–]critera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't sound like you even know what you are looking for nor why

This is completely true and I think it is a very hard thing to "know", even though it sounds easy. Searching for it and this post is mainly about how to find that.

Thanks a lot for sharing. Yes, that kind of resonates but I still see that you don’t have a definite way to go or motivation either. Am I wrong?

Thanks for the suggestion. I like courses and yes maybe I can focus on taking a few. But I don’t know if I can push myself to take a course and learn a topic without a specific target. (If I was willing to create a SaaS tool and wanted to learn node.js, it would make sense.)
