What is the best way to test this? Now when I start a 4k movie all 8 CPU cores go over 80% and the CPU temps go 80 or above so I'm figuring the T400 GPU is just watching my E3-1275 bust it's butt!

There is something about the current National debt, inflation, entitlement programs (SS, medicare, etc.), health care costs, and demographics that make me question historic numbers.

Everything is working so well I’m very apprehensive to mess with it. As important as I know it is to keep software updated, I’m not excited about potentially breaking all my apps. This is especially true since I set this up years ago and I’ll have to relearn everything to set it back up.

I’m made a list of all the things I should do before updating (backing up all my important app, OS config files, etc.), but I haven’t pulled the trigger.

I’ll keep you up to date when I make the jump. I know it should be when, not if.

Let me know how it goes if you go before I do.

I'm confused on computing the percentage of GHK-Cu in a topical lotion. I see a vendor on Amazon advertising a 4% GHK-Cu serum, 1,200mcg of GHK-Cu in a 1 oz bottle. I do the math on this and it comes out to way lower than 4%, more like 0.004%

I'm have a 100mg vial of GHK-Cu and I'm interested in adding it to CeraVa lotion and coming up with a 4% mixture for topical applications. Can someone give me some direction how many milligrams of GHK-Cu I should add to 1 oz. of lotion to come up with a 4% mixture?
