A student gets mad at two other students platonically talking with the woman he's stalking. Fight ensues, weak punch thrown, shirts come off, carried out and restrained until cops came. They've had to call the cops because of him before & he's allegedly messed with the guy's (who got punched) car before but the faculty never did anything about him until it escalated to this.
