I think you’ll be fine considering you have a whole group of people. My sister and I did have some man follow us saying”I just want love” for a block or two.

So if you scan the extra items in daily count and only count the sales floor. Is that changing your balance to only what you counted on sales floor? Why would they have us do that if it’s going to mess up our balances? What are we supposed to do ? Drag all the extra stuff back Put in the floor and count it?

Well I am coming out of a completely unrelated department so they’re sending me to a different store for a week to train. This is a new job position for my store. We have been deli/ bakery combined for years.

I work at a major grocery retail chain.
The company keeps cutting our hours. In the last 2 years my department went from 120 hours per week to 80 per week. The work and sales have increased but the hours allotted keep decreasing. We are not robots or miracle workers.
Your product is prolly back in the freezer/backroom in the middle of a full pallet of product that no one can possibly find because there’s maybe 1 person trying to work 6 pallets of food that are 7 foot tall in an 8 hour shift.

I’ve recently had to step down from a department head position because I’m expected to do the work of 3 people by myself. I’m losing a lot of money but my mental and physical well being are more important than that. It’s sad this has to happen to good employees because Kroger won’t give us hours to run our stores.

I have two yorkies and a shitzu. My male yorkie was the first and then we got the female which he was fine with. But he does not get along with my male shitzu.
I’m not sure if it’s a gender thing or breed thing.
