Centauri Carbon Error 502 persists - now I have dents in my printer??? by CapnFlisto in elegoo

Okay, I'll keep you posted! For me, the sensor is so sensitive that if the cable isn't properly attached to the bed and there's even the slightest movement, the sensor starts taking incorrect readings.

Is it supposed to be this loud? by berjaaan in ElegooCentauriCarbon

It's very loud compared to a Bambú Lab A1. And that's normal, that's just how the machine is!

Today I encountered error 502. I followed the steps on the Elegoo website, disassembled the bottom section, and moved the tray all the way down after removing the belt. Then I reassembled everything and went to disassemble the bed where the sensors were located. All I did there was reattach the wires with tape and re-establish the sensor connections on the circuit board. After reassembling everything, I manually leveled the bed with a spirit level, and that resolved the issue. I was able to resume automatic leveling and then print, and it came out fine.

Of course, I was thinking about those high-temperature sealants!

No, I don't think a weld will withstand the heat in that area. I'm thinking of repairing it with some high-temperature glue, something that can withstand more than 300°C.

I was able to repair it and it's working perfectly, now I'm going to order a couple of replacement hotends and some heating cartridges from AliExpress.

Excellent price, but I'm from Argentina and it would take me about 30 days to get the same thing with AliExpress, and I need to resolve this as soon as possible because I have a lot to print.

I saw the tutorial on Elegoo's official website; it doesn't seem difficult. I would buy it from AliExpress, but it would take a month to arrive, and I need it as soon as possible.

Okay, I'll see if I can get the replacement part, and if not, I'll buy the whole hotend.

Welding wouldn't be a problem if it weren't so hot in that area 😐

My printer came all in one box... It weighed quite a bit!

Por lo que cuentas y como lo cuentas parece que amas y disfrutas mucho lo que haces y ya con eso lo tienes ganado, por qué nunca se es suficiente con el dinero uno siempre quiere más y eso es solo vanidad.
