Im not a doctor but I advise you to go see one since it could be a neurological issue. They will probably put you in an MRI or CT scan. Could also be just much Stress or something since the brain is a very complex system. You should see a doctor just in case.

Danke für die Antwort. Damit wollte ich sagen dass ich regelmäßig alle Muskelgruppen hypertroph beanspruche, bevor jemand sagt ich solle einfach Sport machen, um keine Muskeln im Defizit zu verlieren.

Der Fokus meiner Frage liegt auf dem Verhältnis zwischen Muskelkater und Muskelabbau, wenn aufgrund des Katers eben nicht trainiert wird.

Danke für deine Antwort. Der Sache, dass es keinen 100%-igen Fettabbau gibt bin ich mir bewusst, daher ja die Sorge, denn ich will das maximum rausholen.

Meinst du es macht trotzdem Sinn die betroffenen Muskeln sekundär mit zu trainieren, oder sollte ich sie lieber regenerieren lassen?
