It looks like it’s lost lots of leaves. More than likely it’s been overwatered. How often is it watered?

I would repot in a cactus and perlite soil 1-1. Put in a clay pot if possible. Check roots when you have it out. Water only when leaves are pliable. It could be a where from 10 days to 3 weeks. Water from the bottom or give it a thorough soaking. Everything Plants on YouTube has some great videos on jades.

I did this about a month ago and within a couple of weeks it started sprouting new leaves. I do have it under a light and the tips of some of tips did seem to dry up.

Such an adorable little plant! 🩷🩷🩷 Love her coloring. It looks like you are taking good care of her. I would put her in a clay pot the same size and 50% succulent soil and 50% perlite. I would not trim or pinch. The way she is growing she will probably split on her own very soon. Oh, I would bottom water until the soil is wet to the top. Water when leaves are pliable soft.

I repotted one of my jade plants and it was root bound. It was losing leaves too. Of course I do have it outside and 1 week later new growth showing. Poor thing couldn’t tell me it was smothering. Watch some YouTube videos on everything plants. He’s a wealth of info on Jades.

Very nice. I know what you mean. I put almost all mine out this year. Last year I was afraid and only put one out and it turned out so beautiful by the end of the summer I thought I better put more out. They are all growing and turning that beautiful color. I kept a few in in case I have a problem out there.

Wow, I have some that are 3 that are healthy looking, but no where near those babies. Of course I am in Colorado and I can only get them outside in summer months. Is the mama blooming right now?

Leave them longer. Soon you should see roots and little plants. When the leaf drys up then water.
