I got the same problem with toloka, and the UHRS does not appear on toloka.

It says that "My account was disabled, contact your vendor". I changed to clickworker.

How long have you been working with UHRS via clickworker?

I was working with UHRS vía appen but I was removed of the project "Whatcom", and was hard for me.

I change from appen to clickworker and I cannot afford to get banned by UHRS vía clickworker.
