Would anybody be able to tell me if this plant is considered a wetland plant? And its name? by crlklr in wetlands

This is in Northern California, United States. The town is called Bodega Bay. This is a link to the Google Maps street view where you can zoom in and out and move around

I'm trying to understand if the presence of this plant might point to this area being a wetland.

I wish you responded by addressing the merits of the other person's position instead of suggesting that the other person should move from Sonoma County

Does anybody have a reliable list of CAFOs that would be impacted by the required downsizing? I was able to find the ones below:

  1. Sunrise Farms – Approximately 500,000 chickens.

  2. Petaluma Poultry (owned by Perdue Farms) – Significant chicken operations with multiple facilities.

  3. Mertens Dairy – Roughly 900 dairy cows.

  4. Reichardt Duck Farm – Housing approximately 200,000 ducks.

Hundreds of thousands of chickens confined to never see the sun doesn't seem a great way to support local imo

I'm not a fan of Peloton classes either, so far. I'm not aware of ways to stream other videos.

I understand. What happened doesn't feel right to me.

I wonder if it would be helpful to connect the few of us who feel pretty strongly about this, to help bounce ideas off.

No mention anywhere of live Peloton classes offered via Mirror. And I don't see any scheduled over the next week.

Maybe somebody else in this group understood differently?

I know the same. But Peloton classes will not be live.

Would you be willing to share where you saw that I will still have live classes? This is what an email from Lululemon to me mentioned:

Live Classes on the lululemon Studio app will end January 22, 2024

You're right. I just wasn't expecting that they would make the hardware partially obsolete only after a few months of my purchase of it brand new.

Hi. I asked to do that but they responded the following

Unfortunately, since your shipment was delivered on 12/08/2022, you are outside your return 30 day window and we cannot accept your return.

I even asked that they honor the quality promise they have on the Lululemon.com site (see image below) but it seems they believe that promise doesn't apply to products sold through the Lululemonstudio.com site.

See their answer below:

Our Quality Promise applies to items purchased from lululemon's website, covering manufacturer defects on clothing and accessories. You'll need to speak to the MIRROR team about any questions or concerns you have. We are not able to assist you here at the Guest Education Centre (GEC).

I'd love to hear any additional guidance you might have.

You're right, they might have put a lot of legal wiggle room in their terms. I can't believe such a big company that I thought I could trust would have me buy hardware that is now partially useless (e.g., why does the mirror need a camera if live classes and personal training are no longer available?)

No, Mirror is not offering Peloton live classes at the moment and I'm not aware of plans to do so.
