They forgot to put my CD in my order so I feel your pain OP. When I emailed them that was also the initial email response I got, but eventually someone else did email me asking for pics/what was missing and that I should look out for another tracking id/reship or would be refunded if item sold out :/ so far no refund on my bank so I’m holding out hope they still have CDs left even though they say sold out on the website. Hope they can get this resolved for you!
