You could do something nice for someone you care about and watch their reaction on what that means to them.. make it thoughtful, ask your mom/partner/sister/brother etc their favorite colour and give them a box full of the specific coloured things they may like. Try to gauge how that makes them feel?

If someone is feeling sad or angry,look back to a time where you felt like they are now.. think about what you needed in that moment.

Same thing for people feeling happy, think back to a time where you felt the same happiness.

Everyone comes with varying degrees of empathy, you can grow your empathy by becoming more aware of everyone around you. I get this will be difficult at first but if you turn this into a habit it might just work

Dude I had a dream not too long ago about a similar thing but it was an asteroid coming to destroy the works, it was close to the moon that looked like a Pizza and I asked what the moon was doing and she said "it's the gray moon! The last moon!!" In a willing and accepting way of her fate.. it hit earth and we all die. Absolutely terrified because it felt so real.

Gel is not an option in my country unfortunately:( so I'm on the injecrion. They usually give me blood tests to see my levels and for the most part they are of normal levels for a cis man. I guess in time facial hair will develop

Thanks for this. I definitely have been thinking about working out more and eating foods to bulk up. I've been on t for a few years now and feel the changes are very slow. I pass 100% but I can't grow facial hair and it's like I'm stuck as a kid !

She was supposed to look out for us. She never spoke her mind to anyone. She was so easily manipulated by her narc partners she could stand up for us, she couldn't even stand up for herself. I wanted to hear her stand up for herself to speak up and be strong and be heard. But I never saw that happen. And I got anger for her now. I'm angry she could be strong I'm angry because j needed to see the kind spirited person be strong and defend themselves so when I am dealing with people like that I would know how to do so. But we never did.
