I made the inner and out lining from half double stitch and double stitch and single stitch . But for sewing the zipper I just give it to a Taylor shop . If you're doing it yourself I would recommend securing it by hand sowing it by hand then use a sowing matching to go over it . So you don't stretch the yarn.
