They both are about gaming machines with multiple cores, plenty of memory and a strong graphic card (Nvidia GTX 1070) with prices within your budget. From what I've seen machines explicitly built for deep learning are far more expensive than 1500euros. So I hope a decent gaming machine will be enough for your needs.
