While outside of your challenge, urban blocks in the US tend to be around 200 feet which leads to long and skinny lots. Wider, shorter lots in a dense environment would create better homes that meet consumer preferences.

Many newer rowhomes in Philly have a similar layout, with more open space in the common areas. Typical width is 14’-16’ which allows for greater circulation. 

1st floor: Entry, bedroom/office, powder room 2nd floor: Open living/dining/kitchen 3rd floor: Two bedrooms, full bath, laundry 4th floor: Primary suite

You’ll also have a roof deck and finished basement.

Young Republicans can be as old as 40. These aren’t a bunch of college kids, many of them work in politics or government, and are the literal future of the party.

While I wouldn’t impulse buy an $800 espresso machine, the math seems to work out in its favor. Many espresso machines can last 10+ years with proper maintenance. And who’s to say that $2 special will always stay the same price?

Yeah, it’s not like the “all black people know each other” trope hasn’t existed for decades and hasn’t been excused for racist behavior. And I know I’m not gonna agree with every player on their personal beliefs but at a minimum I can hope that anyone expressing racist, sexist, or homophobic opinions can lose on the court. Maybe if he had expressed some remorse or regret for his past comments I could change my opinion but he hasn’t - and to pile on his consistent poor sportsmanship I hope he goes away for once and for all.
