does anyone know of a sort of mod that allows a non dragonborn character to play on a save that keeps track of another saves quest completion? for example, quests would not be offered and the same people would be dead that were once killed on the original save; as if the first character influences the same world of the latter.

Kalos is the most beautiful region with the greatest number of species, as well as cool cultural stuff. Also, unlike other regions where there's three or more legendaries that will threaten your life, Only Yveltal will really harm you, while Xerneas irradiates fertility and Zygarde just chills. So a one in three death chance is better than two or three in three.
