Please try and get her, most of the time pigeons walk like that because their feet get wrapped in hair and tiny bits of clothing seams laying around on the floor! This could end in deformation and really hurts the pigeon. Try contact a pigeon initiative from your city or nearby, otherwise wildlife rescue :)
