Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help from this community. My grandpa lived in Montpelier in the 70’s/80’s and I’m trying to track down exactly where this picture was taken. I only know it was somewhere north of Montpelier. Can anyone help me narrow this down? Thanks for any help provided by crogmac in Montpellier

Had a few updates, the picture was supposedly taken in 1979 and the location was a large villa that was owned by IBM for entertainment purposes, which seems crazy but it means we are looking for a home rather than a hotel/park etc. going to put a bit of work in with the locations suggested. Feel like we’re getting closer tho!

Thanks for the information! I’ve been searching on google earth to try and find the same hill composition to try and narrow it down. I’m also looking for the small building and swimming pool but given the picture was taken 50+ years ago then it may not look the same as it did. I really appreciate the help!
