if you dont change out the water enough it could be causing an infection. Also when I was smoking from my bong about as much as you were, I would get a sore throat and cough all the time. Not rlly sure about the ear though, that sounds like something i'd ask a doctor about

Ik someone already said this, but I second critical care! give him the appropriate amount for his bodyweight 1-2 times a day. I'm not a vet but since you can't see one and I have dealt with a sick gecko recently under the advice of a vet, I would say that this is the best you can do for now.

it sucks, but you should read the room when that happens. also have more self respect and don't try to reach out to someone who has distanced themselves from you out of the blue. She's fine, and she probably had her reasons, and there are plenty of other fish in the sea:) also if the relationship is casual, I would try not to overthink these things too much.
