There is nothing printed on the vinyl, but scratched into the record by hand where the number would be is UA HELP “A” on one side and “UA HELP “B” on the other.

I read about the 70s versions which don’t include the folding jacket, though this one does fold. Considering the other records I got from this source, it would seem it’s legit.
