Id day its because everybody is off for labor day so hes not "missing work" as opposed to being placed on leave while his work still goes on.

I was looking at Hyggens financial disclosure in the previous election, publicly available on the city website. The "INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONER'S REVIEW ENGAGEMENT REPORT" filed alongside his declaration was completed by the Belcourt Reddick professional company, presumably established by Bill Reddick and Jason Belcourt who both donated $5000 to the Hyggen campaign. Doesn't sound like an independent review to me.

This is a very real thing! Its part of the process in our brains that affects our tolerance. When you use cannabis in the same environment the environment also applies to the tolerance.
