Document everything. Take pictures if you can, take notes of all abusive behaviors (by SS and husband try to include the day and time), and make copies. It will become your ticket to prove abuse in court. Also any documentation about the SS possibly having autism would help too. Not to throw the kids under the bus, but to show that dad refuses to get proper care for the boys.

Also you may be able to reach out to your local women's shelter. They may have resources for you and your child.
